Most play therapy clients are children, but it can also be used with older clients who have difficulty verbally expressing themselves. Janna provides play therapy to children ages 3 through adults. Children younger than 3 may benefit from play therapy from a filial perspective, where the parental caregiver plays a very active role in and outside of the therapy session.
