© Janna Cash GilnerJanna provides counseling services to children, adults, couples and families of all ages.  She seeks to help an impacted individual, couple, or family to find relief from intense emotional, behavioral, and cognitive responses of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, and other issues that require a safe space to process and gain understanding, comfort, or control.

Janna's approach to counseling is informed by person-centered therapy, systems theory, developmental therapy, and psychodynamic therapy and which therapeutic approach or theory is applied is determined both by who the client is and what concern is being addressed.  Her interest in fine arts translates into use of creative, sometimes non-verbal, expression: such as music, art, poems, or creative writing in counseling sessions, as appropriate and desired by the client.

Janna is also available to present psycho-educational workshops and seminars.
